Jim and his wife Sue have been consistent advertisers in the Exchange for over 20 years! Since the beginning of 2015 Jim Palmer Jr. has written an advice column each and every week with a weath of information for both buyers and sellers. He’s known for getting right to the point.
Jim and Sue partner with family members and have developed a successful Brokerage. Their success stands out and it was obvious why they were awarded the accolade of “Best in the Northwest ---Washington Family Business of the Year” within the last decade.
As the Designated Broker and Co-owner of Real Estate Marketplace N.W. Inc, Jim not only supervises the activities of 25 realtors, but personally helps clients buy and sell about $6-8 million of real estate each year. He also created and teaches the Land and Acreage Class to Brokers in the Spokane area.
His passion for developing and nurturing lasting relationships in all phases of his life has promoted a happy, fulfilling family life, and has enabled him to successfully develop a thriving personal real estate business.

Pat has been in the publishing field for over 25 years and with the Exchange since 1996. During this time, he has worn many hats and has been involved in almost every aspect of publishing. He has a background in page layout and design, building and maintaining websites, and has obtained many computer networking certifications. Recently he has spent hours self teaching himself everything from the latest coding to what AI can do to help the Exchange. This past fall he attended the International Digital Conference in Amsterdam mingling with the top digital marketeers in the European region (even the “young” fellow who developed eBay’s market system!).
In Pat’s spare time he loves his woodworking projects, hanging out with his family and taking trips to Disneyland and cruises to Mexico.
We are thankful to have Pat as a gallant leader at the Exchange and we are proud of all his accomplishments.
