SHBA - Fall Festival of Homes

Fall festival of homes

Sept. 24th - 25th  |  Oct. 1st - 2nd
10am-5pm Friday & Saturday

The Spokane Home Builders Association is proud to again provide an opportunity for our friends and neighbors to view a variety of new construction homes during our 17th Annual Fall Festival of Homes, which kicks off this weekend. With a tight housing market, you will notice that we have fewer homes to tour. To make up for that, we have added a new opportunity for the public to tour “Spotlight Neighborhoods” and to find a new area to build your dream home.

The 2021 Fall of Festival of Homes will feature 13 new homes showcasing a variety of styles, state- of-the-art technology, and the superb craftsmanship of 11 of Spokane’s finest builders. Along with in-person tours, we will also be offering 3D virtual tours of each home.

You will also be able to hear directly from the builders and contractors to ask and understand the process of what goes into building these homes. Additionally, these builders provide hundreds of well-paying and rewarding jobs through the construction of these homes and give buyers the opportunity of the American dream of homeownership.

The Spokane Home Builders Association exists to promote, protect, and inform our members and the community on issues related to the residential construction industry. We believe access to quality housing should be attainable to all local families given the broad range of income levels in our community. We work daily to educate our fellow citizens on the value of homeownership and fight the addition of unnecessary regulations and fees that drive up the cost of homes. We are proud to promote that our members are “building our community one home at a time”.

Go to www.fallfestivalofhomes.com to see where all the homes will be and learn more about the builders who built them.
