New Landlord-Tenant Ordinances Pass

Spokane City Council passed two new landlord-tenant ordinances on Monday (2/27/23) in a heated council session. Click Here an article describing those changes for landlords and tenants.

In the next two weeks, Spokane City Council will look at changes for Transportation Impact Fees and General Facility Charges (GFCs). These proposed fee increases will deeply hurt new development within the City of Spokane.
